Those who would like to participate to the "Redox Week in Sendai 2022", please read the following information and complete registration on this page.
On-site Registration:

Conference registration is available from registration system.
Early registration is strongly recommended to prevent the congestion at the on-site registration desk. The conference offers reasonable price for early registration.
Please note that all the oral/poster presenters are requested to complete the payment of registration fee by the "deadline of abstract submission".

Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made by Credit Card only.
Procedure
- Click “Go to Registration page” button on this page. Conference Registration is made using the online registration system.
- Follow the directions on the Conference Registration screen, and fill in the required fields.
- When registration is completed, the auto-reply e-mail will be sent to your registered email address.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Please note that no refund will be available for the payments already made.
Information about VISA
New entry of foreign nationals
Regarding new entry of foreign nationals into Japan, based on the New Border Measures (34) dated on September 26, 2022, prescribed applications in the Entrants, Returnees Follow-up Systems (ERFS) is no longer required.
Visa exemption arrangements have been resumed from 0:00 am (JST) on October 11, 2022.
All returnees and entrants are required to provide either
a valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate (3 doses) of vaccines on the Emergency Use List of World Health Organization (WHO)
or
a certificate of negative result of pre-departure COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to departing from the original country/region.

Program & Abstract Book
We are planning to make a PDF file of Program & Abstract Book and printed material of Program Book. Printed material of Program Book will be distributed at the conference site.
